This is a 2.5-hour session that includes a combination of training, consulting
and peer discussions that are focused on strengthening non-profit boards.

Discover how to increase board engagement in your work, position your board to
lead your nonprofit and work in a constructive partnership with your management
team and board. Network, share, apply what you’ve learned and interact with
your colleagues from other non-profits and community-based organizations.
