Consulting

The Community Advancement Network is committed to bringing high-level resources to nonprofits across the Great Lakes Bay Region, and one of our uniquely positioned offerings is our consultant base. Consultants who work through the Network are carefully vetted, highly skilled, and experienced in their areas of expertise. Most importantly, they have spent time in the non-profit sector and believe passionately in the mission impact non-profits have on our communities.

For you, our non-profit partner, your organization is your bailiwick. You know it intimately, inside and out, and no one understands your needs, gaps, strengths, and unique position better. Our goal is to learn what you already know, and collaboratively figure out how to help in whatever way we can.

Each consulting engagement is collaboratively designed with leadership from your organization, to meet your specific goals and needs. To assist in this process, and to intensively measure our own ability to provide you the services you need, we utilize an empirically based assessment process  in each consulting engagement.

To learn more about how to engage a consultant, contact Charlie Schwedler, Network Director.
